AMPARABLE operates in full alignment with the NDIS Code of Conduct, which sets the minimum legal and ethical standards for all disability support services. These standards guide how supports are delivered safely, respectfully, competently, and with integrity.
Beyond compliance, AMPARABLE applies a participant-centred ethos that informs how the Code is lived out in practice. This ethos emphasises dignity, autonomy, transparency, and long-term outcomes, particularly for participants with psychosocial and mental health needs.
In practical terms, this means supports are delivered in a way that is trauma-informed, clearly communicated, and fair. Participants are supported to understand how services operate, how decisions are made, and how invoicing and session structures work, so there are no surprises or hidden assumptions. Where the Code allows discretion, AMPARABLE defaults to what is reasonable, intelligible to the participant, and defensible if reviewed.
AMPARABLE views the NDIS Code of Conduct as the baseline, not the ceiling. Our ethos exists to ensure that compliance is not merely technical, but meaningful, consistent, and genuinely aligned with participant wellbeing, choice, and control.
