AMPARABLE provides Support Coordination for self-managed participants to help streamline services, manage funding, and coordinate appropriate supports. This includes assisting with provider selection, scheduling, plan navigation, and ensuring that services align with the participant’s goals and daily needs.
Any ancillary staff engaged through AMPARABLE operate under the same framework and standards, maintaining continuity, clarity, and quality across all supports.

Psychosocial recovery coaching with AMPARABLE focuses on helping participants regain rhythm, confidence and direction in their lives. From organising appointments and setting achievable goals to working through barriers around motivation, social connection or emotional regulation, our coaching supports day-to-day stability and long-term growth.
Everyone involved in the participant’s support environment uses the same recovery-oriented framework, ensuring consistent messaging, predictable routines and a sense of safety.
Community Access
Whether it's attending the shopping centre for daily errands, a local health club, or an activity out-and-about such as a nature-walk or hike, AMPARABLE can help facilitate reengagement with the community on both a personal and transport-assisted level.

Health & Fitness
Luke is a Certified Strength Coach via Clean Health Fitness Institute of Australia, and also holds a further study accreditation in Lifestyle Medicine (Metabolic Syndrome) from Harvard Medical School. These qualifications, coupled with athletic experience ensures that all participants can improve their health & fitness.
The health and fitness framework Luke uses, built from his coaching certification and study in Lifestyle Medicine, is applied across all support personnel. Booking under Luke means any ancillary staff will deliver the same standard of support.
Administrative Assistance
Luke has supported students in restoring academic focus and has worked extensively with adults in administrative and organisational tasks, including coordinating essential services, attending professional appointments, and communicating with allied health and legal providers. Any ancillary staff engaged through AMPARABLE are trained in the same approach and uphold the same standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality of support across all settings.
